Artlink will host a vibrant End of Summer Social and Fundraiser on Friday 19th September, 2pm-8pm at 87 Gallery, Princes Avenue, Hull.

The event is a celebration of the creativity, community, and collaboration that have filled the gallery this summer, and a chance to look ahead to a packed autumn programme. Alongside creative workshops, exhibitions, and community projects, Artlink will continue to champion inclusive opportunities that make the arts accessible to everyone in Hull.
The End of Summer Social and Fundraiser brings together an afternoon and evening of activity:
● 2pm–4pm: Creative activities, bake sale, and arts & crafts lucky dip.
● 4pm–6pm: Guided exhibition tours and opportunities to purchase prints and artworks.
● 4pm–6pm: A chance to “Pull Your Own Print” with the in-house print studio, MiscPrintCo.
● 5pm: Artist Q&A with Isobel Hill hosted by Creative Director, Lindsey Alvis.
● 6pm–8pm: An evening of music and socialising.
The event is also one of the final chances to see Isobel Hill’s exhibition Savour This Moment, currently on show at 87 Gallery.
Lindsey Alvis, CEO of Artlink Hull, said: “This summer has been another incredible one for Artlink – from exhibitions that have inspired our gallery visitors, to hands-on workshops and projects delivered with partner venues across Hull. Our End of Summer Social is a way of celebrating everything we’ve achieved together and inviting people to donate”.
For over 40 years, Artlink has been a home for artists and a creative hub for the community. Each year, the organisation reaches over 4,000 people in person, commissions brand new exhibitions, delivers over 180 workshops, hosts work experience placements, and runs regular art groups for children, young people and adults.
The End of Summer Social and Fundraiser is free to attend, with plenty of opportunities to donate on the day and online.
