An award-winning healthcare recruitment agency based in Hull has opened a new branch in the West Midlands as it continues to grow.

Care Connection Partners was founded by Deborah Stock in 2021 and provides exceptional agency staff to care settings, ensuring they are fully trained to provide care to the highest standard.
The business has gone from strength-to-strength, building its solid foundation on strong and honest relationships with its partners and its #feelthelove ethos running throughout, ensuring the team delivers the best and most personable service possible.
With its head office in Hull and satellite offices in London, Leeds and County Durham, Care Connection Partners now has a Coventry branch which is run by Deborah’s sister and Business Development Manager Heather Jones.
Heather, who is supported by the company’s Recruitment and Compliance Officer Holly Richards in Coventry, has lived in the area since she was seven years old.
She said: “It’s fantastic to bring Care Connection Partners back to our family roots and expand my sister’s company in an area we already know very well.
“We’re excited to build on our fantastic team and recruit the best possible staff while giving them the training they need to support the care settings they will work in.
“We’ll do all of this with the love and care which has helped shape the business into what it is today. We’re there for our partners 24/7, 365 days per year, and it will be exactly the same in Coventry.”
Deborah was inspired to set up Care Connection Partners after her son, Maxwell, who is about to turn 19, suffered two catastrophic brain injuries in two separate accidents, and her mother, Tres, suffered a serious stroke, which meant they both required care.
Having experienced how care should not be delivered, Care Connection Partners was born and has since been recognised for its work both locally and nationally.
Earlier this year, the team won the Best for Recruitment, Training, Retention and Motivation award at the prestigious Care Sector Supplier Awards in London. The awards aim to seek out the best providers of products and services to the care sector in the UK.
Care Connection Partners was one of five companies shortlisted in this category and was the only healthcare recruitment agency to be shortlisted for the awards in the country.
The business won the Growth Award at the Hull and East Yorkshire (HEY) Business Awards, one of the biggest business awards ceremonies in East Yorkshire, reflecting the company’s outstanding growth.
It has also been shortlisted in the staffing section of the Supplier of the Year category in the National Care Awards, the largest awards of their kind recognising excellence in the UK care sector, with the ceremony planned for November 7.
Care Connection Partners is already making a positive impact in the Coventry community too, sponsoring the kit for the players in an annual football match organised in memory of Heather’s husband, Paul. He sadly died aged just 61 following a cardiac arrest while watching his beloved Coventry City with his son, Nathan, four years ago.
Paul was also heavily involved in the running of Mount Nod JFC, a Coventry-based youth mixed football club where Nathan played as goalkeeper, and Care Connection Partners is proud to sponsor the kit for the event.
In addition, the business is also Nathan’s sponsor for the 2025/26 season as he plays for Earlsdon RFC Colts.
Deborah said: “This is a very exciting time for Care Connection Partners. I’m so excited and proud to expand into the area I was brought up in and bring #feelthelove to Coventry.
“I’m incredibly proud of our business and the whole team behind it, and we’ll continue to go above and beyond every day to make a difference to people’s lives.
“The healthcare recruitment sector isn’t always highly thought of and we’re working very hard to change those perceptions for the better across the industry.
“We provide the right staff with the right training, so they can fit seamlessly into any team. We know how important it is to get this right.”
Since its inception, Care Connection Partners has grown from one member of staff to 14, starting from zero to a predicted gross turnover of £5.5 million this financial year. The team provides hundreds of agency staff to cover thousands of hours of care per week across the country.
Care Connection Partners is recruiting healthcare assistants, support workers, nurses and senior care assistants in Coventry and the surrounding areas. For more information email recruitment@careconnectionpartners.com or call Holly on 07354 684563.
