CHOPSTIX, the UK’s favourite noodle bar, has announced it will be opening next week in St Stephen’s shopping centre in Hull.
Joining its growing number of over 140 locations nationwide, the new store is set to open its doors at 11am on Thursday 25th June, marked with a massive opening day event for eager fans.
To celebrate the launch, Chopstix is giving away free medium boxes to the first 100 customers, along with 1,000 portions of spring rolls. Fans will also have the chance to win free merch, discount vouchers and app points throughout the day.
Open 11am-8pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am-5pm on Sundays, the new store will bring over 10 new jobs to the city and seat 44 eager diners.
As well as take away classics like Sweet & Sour Chicken and Salt ‘N’ Pepper Chicken, Chopstix has a range of fresh flavours including the spicy Firecracker Chicken with a fiery garlic and chilli seasoning, and brand favourites like Chicken Katsu Curry and the restaurants signature Caramel Drizzle Chicken.
Fans will also be able to order for delivery or takeaway from the new store to satisfy any cravings they have at home.

Visitors who head to Chopstix on opening day can also enjoy an evening of live music as part of St Stephen’s ‘Alive After Five’ series running throughout the summer. The sessions showcase a rotating line-up of local acoustic performers, creating the perfect backdrop for those looking to unwind, dine and socialise after work.
The new stores and refurbishments this year build on a strong 2025 that saw 17 new store openings and refurbishments across the UK, including Leeds, Huddersfield and Hull, as well as the launch of the new Chopstix 3.0 concept in Bridgend.
The noodle bar’s popular dishes are also available to order through Chopstix Delivery and Click & Collect via the website or Chopstix app, as well as from delivery platforms including UberEats, Deliveroo and Just Eat.
