Aldercote showcases the VZ 140 Neo in festive ‘Santa’s Smartest Upgrade’ campaign

Hull-based leading UK manufacturer of vehicle-mounted access platforms, Aldercote, has launched a new seasonal social campaign spotlighting the capabilities of its VZ 140 Neo van-mounted platform – by giving Santa’s sleigh a professional upgrade.

The campaign shows Santa trading-in his traditional sleigh for the ultra-efficient VZ 140 Neo, using its quiet operation, high payload and advanced safety features to power his Christmas deliveries.

Behind the festive humour is a clear message about performance; the VZ 140 Neo offers up to 640kg of spare payload, giving operators more capacity for tools, equipment and crew. Its extra 35cm of vertical and 25cm of horizontal reach, combined with slew-sensitive outreach, provides exceptional flexibility and a larger, safer working envelope.

The model’s lightweight, high-strength construction supports improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions, helping fleets meet sustainability targets without compromising capability.

Aldercote’s safety innovations also take centre stage in the campaign, including harness-on detection, insulated baskets and anti-crush protection, reimagined with a festive twist as “Ho Ho Hold”, “Sleigh All Day Shield” and “Reindeer Recoil”. These features form Aldercote’s El(f)-evated Protection package, designed to exceed industry safety expectations.
