Stagecoach East Midlands has updated local people on the bus services that will be available to take them to the upcoming Coldplay concerts.
Special services have been arranged to transport Coldplay fans to and from Sewell Group Craven Park, in Hull, for the concerts on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th August.
Park & Ride
The Park & Ride Service from Priory Park to Marfleet Lane (the southern entrance to Craven Park) has now fully sold out for car parking spaces. No spaces will be available to anyone who has not pre-booked. Booking confirmations will be scanned and checked at the entrance to the Park & Ride site.
There may be limited capacity for people to “walk-up” from the surrounding areas of Hessle and Hessle Road, as well as from the Village Hotel, which is nearby, and purchase a Coldplay Day Ticket at £9. These are also available on the Stagecoach App at a discounted price of £6 when using the Discount Code “COLDPLAY”.
Local buses from Hull Interchange
The recommended local service from Hull Interchange to Craven Park (Preston Road) for people attending the Coldplay Concerts will be the YELLOW Shuttle Services from Bays 36 and 37. These will run direct to and from Craven Park, and the queue for these services will be signposted in the Interchange.
Tickets should be pre-purchased on the Stagecoach App, and the same discount will be available, using the Discount Code “COLDPLAY”.
Other local services will run as usual, but capacity may be limited for services running close to the venue.

Coldplay will play at Sewell Group Craven Park, home of Hull KR, as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour – the only UK dates on their tour other than Wembley in London.
