Dementia Awareness Show – The Memory Project To Be Performed at Hull City Hall

The Memory Project

A dementia awareness show will be performed in the Mortimer Suite at Hull City Hall on Monday 11 November.

The Memory Project is a verbatim play from Elizabeth Godber’s Smashing Mirrors Theatre, based on interviews with real East Yorkshire families, exploring the difficult, emotional and at times hilarious trials of living with a family member with Dementia.

This informative but heart – warming show comes to Hull City Hall following a hugely successful tour of East Riding libraries last year and is produced in association with Dementia Friendly East Riding.

The production is 30 minutes, followed by a Q&A with the cast, writer and volunteers from Dementia Friendly East Riding.

Age guidance is 14+

Tickets are £5 and are on sale now. Book at the Hull City Hall box office, call 01482 300 306 or visit www.hulltheatres.co.uk to book online.
