East Yorkshire agency Sowden & Sowden has developed and produced a new TV campaign for Quickline – the broadband provider determined to make sure no community is left behind.

The ad shines a light on the experiences of people living and working in rural villages and businesses who’ve long had to put up with slow, unreliable internet, showing how Quickline’s fast, dependable service is helping to close that gap and transform everyday life across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
Running on ITV Yorkshire, plus BVOD which includes C4, ITVX and My5, YouTube and digital display, the creative puts Quickline’s customers centre stage to bring to life the brand’s promise of ‘Broadband Built for You’– connecting hard-to-reach homes and businesses with fast, reliable internet.
Sowden & Sowden led the project from strategy and concept through to production and delivery, with Alchemy Media handling the media plan and activation. The campaign is backed by a significant six-figure media investment, spanning ITV, BVOD, YouTube and premium digital placements.
Early performance signals are strong, with short-form video exceeding plan across YouTube and BVOD. High-impact homepage skins are also ahead of plan on impressions.
Polly Sowden, Managing Director at Sowden & Sowden, said: “Quickline’s mission is simple and brave: connect the places other broadband providers may overlook. We built a creative that puts real customers front and centre – honest stories, regional pride, and a clear promise of broadband built for you. It’s distinctive, human and designed to build trust at scale.”
Kat Jeffery, Head of Marketing at Quickline, added: “At Quickline, we’re here for the people who’ve too often been left behind. Great internet shouldn’t be a postcode lottery -it should be for everyone, everywhere. That’s why our customers are the stars of this campaign. Their stories show the difference a fast, reliable connection can make to family life, work, education and more. Sowden & Sowden have helped us turn that into a confident, human campaign that celebrates Yorkshire and Lincolnshire communities and what really matters to them.”
This is Quickline’s fourth TV appearance, following the 2023 debut campaign fronted by Olympic triathletes Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, developed in partnership with Theodore Communications and Sowden & Sowden.
With over 40 years in marketing and nearly 15 years of sector-led specialist experience in the broadband and telco sector, Sowden & Sowden has continued to evolve Quickline’s brand presence – from celebrity endorsement through to today’s authentic, customer-led storytelling. The new campaign demonstrates the agency’s ability to shape strategy, unlock partnerships and deliver standout creative that connects at scale.
The TV work is the latest milestone in a three-year partnership between
Sowden & Sowden and Quickline covering brand positioning, creative strategy and integrated communications as the provider accelerates its regional rollout and brand awareness activity.
