Two employees at a Middleton on the Wolds poultry business were recently rewarded for their long service.
Soanes Poultry’s planning manager, Allison Clark, received an award in celebration of 30 years’ service and maintenance manager, Bestwn (Bisto) Kdr, received an award for 15 years’ service.
Soanes Poultry’s MD Ben Lee said: “We’re delighted to reward these valuable team members with awards for long and loyal service, through many periods of change. We’re proud of the fact that almost 10% of our team of 180 have been with us for 10 years or more and have a combined service of 240 years!”
Soanes Poultry has been rearing and preparing chicken since 1947. It sells its Yorkshire-reared chicken to butchers and independent retailers throughout Yorkshire and to wholesalers and catering butchers nationwide.
