Hey-yo Hull! Ready for a new term at Westerberg High? Heathers – The Musical makes a much-anticipated return to Hull New Theatre from Tuesday 16th to Saturday 20th February 2027.

The black comedy rock musical based on the 1988 cult film of the same name, sees Westerberg High student Veronica Sawyer join the beautiful and impossibly cruel Heathers in pursuit of her dreams of finding popularity. However, mysterious teen rebel JD teaches her that it might kill to be a nobody, but it is murder being a somebody.
The award-winning writing team, Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy’s hit musical adaptation has enjoyed successful runs in Los Angeles and New York, and its European premiere saw it become the highest grossing show at The Other Palace, having sold more than 20,000 tickets across the run and selling out prior to its opening gala performance. It had similar success on subsequent London transfers and continues to excite and delight audiences the world over.
Before that though, Hull City Hall invites you to sing your heart out to all your favourite Christmas classics, as Massaoke Christmas Live lights up the main hall on Saturday 19th December 2026.
A euphoric, exhilarating live music experience with an extraordinary band smashing out festive megamixes and mash-ups, supercharged with giant sing-along video lyrics… that’s right – the whole crowd sings together at a MASSAOKE show.
Gather all your naughty and nice friends and bring the sing!
Tickets for both shows are on sale now. Book at the Hull City Hall Box Office, call 01482 300 306 or visit www.hulltheatres.co.uk.
