The multi-award-winning master of mind control and psychological illusion, Derren Brown, brings his acclaimed new show Only Human to Hull New Theatre next year.
No stranger to Hull, Derren last played the venue in 2021 to packed houses with Showman and his return from Tuesday 17 to Saturday 21 March 2026 is sure to astonish and amaze.
Derren said: “I’ve toured with different shows for 20 years and it’s such a joy. Only Human seems to be going down very well, and people are keeping the show secret for which I’m very grateful.
“I’m delighted the show is continuing into 2026 and it’s going to be a joy to take it places we couldn’t get to this year. Try and come without knowing anything about it.”
The 54-year-old began his UK TV career in 2000 with a series of specials called Mind Control. He’s since become synonymous with the art of psychological manipulation and has toured with eleven sell-out one-man shows.
Among his renowned stunts, Derren has played Russian Roulette live, stuck viewers at home to their sofas, and convinced middle-managers to commit armed robbery.
He may be Only Human, but his shows are out of this world.
