Lovell Homes to treat house-hunters to £5k towards new dream home

House-hunters in the East Riding of Yorkshire are being offered the chance to make their new house a home with £5,000 towards a professional interior designer or landscape gardener.

The special incentive is being offered by national housebuilder, Lovell Homes, and is open to anyone looking to buy a home at its Kirk Ella development, The Sycamores.

New homeowners will be able to put the £5,000 towards the interior or garden design of their new home, as well as any materials, which can include soft furnishings, wallpaper, lights and plants.

The offer is available on select three to four-bedroom homes at the development that are reserved by 31 December 2022, with property prices ranging from £296,000 to £451,000.

Colette Ben Tarcha, regional sales director of the eastern region of Lovell Homes, said: “One of the challenges for many homeowners when moving into their new house is being able to put their own stamp on it, so we wanted to give them a little helping hand. Those final touches, such as deciding what colour scheme to go for, what furniture to invest in to highlight the room, or deciding how to make the most of your outside space, can really help to make a house a home, but it can be tricky to know where to start.

“We’ve teamed up fantastic interior designers and landscape specialists to help new Lovell customers make their new house dreams come true so that they can instead focus on the important things like enjoying their new home.”

The works will be delivered by specialist home interiors experts, Classic Interior Design, and Phoenix Landscape Services who specialise in the transformation of outdoor spaces.

Avril Deehan, interior designer at Classic Interior Design, said: “Buying a new home is an exciting time for any homeowner but it can be easy to get bogged down by the finer details, such as making decisions about the home’s interior.

“We specialise in creating spaces that are both stylish and practical, with spaces people can enjoy for years to come. It’s great to have partnered with Lovell Homes on this special treat for customers and we look forward to helping house-hunters make the most of their new home.”

The new offer is open to new Lovell Homes customers only, on properties at The Sycamores. Properties must be reserved by 31 December, and any homes already reserved or reserved after the closing date will not be eligible for the offer.

The £5,000 covers the cost of the initial design appointment, the subsequent design and any materials needed to complete the design up to a maximum of £5,000. Any products or materials over the £5,000 maximum, will need to be paid by the homeowner.
