Dance, music, nostalgia, and soundtracks to movie blockbusters all head to Hull Theatres next year.

Strictly Come Dancing finalist Nikita Kuzmin takes centre stage in the explosive new dance spectacular Supernova, at Hull City Hall on 30th June 2026.
Fuelled by the firepower of world class performers and creatives from around the world this evening of electrifying entertainment fuses artistry, innovation, showcasing Nikita’s trademark moves and charisma.
From Strictly favourite, to West End and TV sensation Hull City Hall welcomes Lee Mead in The Phantoms with a spellbinding night of music celebrating beloved musicals on 25th September 2026.
Featuring a magical journey through iconic shows including Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, West Side Story, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joseph, and of course, The Phantom of the Opera – all performed by former Phantoms direct from the West End.
After the magic of musicals, Hull City Hall sees the ‘Masters of Matinee nostalgia’ take the stage with Neil Sands’ Remember When – 20th Anniversary Special on 18th May 2026.
Relive the Golden Days of the 1940s, ’50s, ’60s & ’70s in a heartwarming trip down memory lane, packed with more than 60 of the greatest songs ever written. From the wartime singalongs of Vera Lynn to the swinging hits of the Beatles, Dusty Springfield, Elvis, and even ABBA.
Following that, amazing film scores fill Hull City Hall with two concerts The Music of Harry Potter – In Concert and the Music of Hans Zimmer and others on 21st November 2026.
The fantastic afternoon concert features classics from the Oscar-nominated Harry Potter films followed by an evening concert of Hollywood epics including Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lion King, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Inception and more.
Over at Hull New Theatre, there’s a chance to discover the next generation of performers and choreographers as Creative Voice and Hull Dance take over the venue on 8th February 2026. The evening showcases work by youth dance companies from Hull and East Riding.
