The extremely popular Wine Dash, which explores the Yorkshire Wolds with a walk through the picturesque Little Wold Vineyard, tasting wines from different regions along the route is back again.
Wine Dash is a 5k route through the South Cave vineyard, up and down part of the Wolds Way countryside with the views only interrupted by the wine stations. At each station participants will visit a different wine region and taste wine from across the world courtesy of House of Townend – it’s a great chance to get friends and family together for a walk with a difference.

Set to take place on Sunday 12 June 2022 you can choose a start time of 11am, 12pm or 1pm for the 5K. The 15-mile walk setting off earlier in the morning.
Anita, Events coordinator at Dove House Hospice, had this to say: “Wine Dash is my favourite event, the view from the vineyard is phenomenal and, touch wood, we have always had beautiful weather. Everyone returns to the vineyard from their walk so happy, it’s such a good atmosphere! It is a great day out whether you are a walker, runner or just there for the wine. And during all of this you are raising money for Dove House Hospice and ensuring that the care provided can continue.”
