Following the success of the first ever Hull and East Yorkshire People in Business Awards (HEYPIBA), the awards are set to return on Friday 3rd July 2020.
Founded by award winning-entrepreneur and innovator Jo Fleming, the HEYPIBA awards recognise the talent of individuals whose contributions have a significant impact on the success of their company. The vision of the awards is to raise the profile and celebrate talented, hardworking, and dynamic employees.
Attracting over 100 nominations the inaugural event last year was a sell-out. As a result, this year the event has relocated to the Bonus Arena, increasing capacity by an additional 100 guests. New categories have also been added for 2020.
HEYPIBAS versatile list of categories provides recognition for everyone from apprentices to managers. The popular team impact award has this year been split into two categories making the award more accessible to businesses of all sizes.
Jo Fleming, entrepreneur and awards founder, said: “I’m delighted to bring the Hull and East Yorkshire People in Business Awards back for another year. We had an amazing sell out first event that celebrated a wide range of talented individuals within our region and we hope to celebrate them on an even larger scale in 2020. I’m looking forward to finding out all about this year’s nominees and rewarding the deserving winners.”
This year’s list of sponsors includes Wilberforce Sixth Form College, Marketing Humber, Sapphire Signs, HBP Systems, Bonus Arena, P&O Ferries, Hull City Council, Sewell Group, Cranswick, Cobus, Holiday Inn, Airkool and FSB.
Nominations are now under way, however it is still not too late to enter. Deadline for the HEYPIBA awards isn’t until Friday 17th April 2020. Tickets cost £70 each, or £650 for a table of ten. For more information or to enter, visit: https://www.heypibawards.com/
