The search for legends of mirth and music can be found at Hull City Hall

Kings of comedy, the Prince of Pop, a Desperado, and for the final time some Sweets For My Sweet will be delivered to Hull City Hall this autumn and into the new year.

On October 28 2022, four outstanding comics will join together for one hilarious night as the Jongleurs Legends tour stops at the venue for a rollercoaster ride of gags and giggles. On track for a side-splitting night of laughter will be New Zealand sensation Jarred Christmas – famed for his quick-witted spontaneity and improvisation. He will be joined by double award-winning Time Out Comedian of the Year Paul Tonkinson, who is widely regarded as one of the finest stand-ups the UK has to offer.

Fellow stand-up Ninia Benjamin, and star of Celebrity Masterchef, will deliver her outrageously rude but very funny routines as part of the event and the foursome is completed by Mike Gunn, whose misspent youth provides the perfect material to a complete comic tour de force.

The entertainment then moves from mirth to ‘moonwalking’ as Michael Starring Ben heads back to Hull City Hall on 3 December 2022 with a show dedicated to the magic of Michael Jackson. Tribute star Ben Bowman looks and sounds like the ‘Prince of Pop’ and delivers all the hits.

The music cranks up a gear into the fast lane when The Illegal Eagles celebrate more than 50 years of west coast country rock with another outstanding show on 9 December 2022. They will perform the very best from the Eagles, including Hotel California, Desperado, and New Kid In Town.

A sprinkle of Sugar & Spice will be added to the venue for the last time when The Searchers Walk in the Room as part their farewell Thank You tour on 14 June 2023.

Tickets for Jongleurs Legends, Michael Starring Ben and The Illegal Eagles are on sale now. Tickets for The Searchers are on sale Tuesday 1 February 10am at
