Creative communications agency Pace has marked its 10th anniversary with the appointment of Sarah Over to lead the agency’s London presence and support the continued growth of its national and international client base.

Founded in Yorkshire by Anita Pace, Pace has grown into a 25-strong team delivering integrated creative communications – from strategy and insight, PR, social media and film to podcasts and internal communications – for a range of high-profile brands. The agency is currently ranked 13th in Prolific North’s Top 50 PR Agencies.
Clients include US-based decking brandTrex, Reckitt – known for household names Finish, Dettol and Nurofen – Ideal Heating, the UK’s leading heating manufacturer, Victory Leisure Homes, designer and manufacturer of luxury holiday homes, and Bio-D, manufacturer of eco-friendly cleaning products.
The expansion to London represents the next step in Pace’s growth journey, connecting its northern roots with new opportunities in the capital and beyond.

Sarah brings more than 20 years’ communications experience, having delivered campaigns for national and international clients across sectors including luxury, hospitality, entertainment, tech and FMCG. Sarah was previously founder and director of acommunications and content agency working on international projects and events such as the BAFTAs and major red carpet premieres, and earlier held a management role at an international video comms agency, leading strategy and media relations.
Pace has also welcomed two other new members to strengthen the team: Laura Branton, who joins as client director after working with global brands including Unilever, PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, Reckitt and GSK, and Hayley Leeming, senior social and content manager, who has led campaigns for brands such as Eurocamp.
