The Hull Bus Alliance would like to know what bus passengers in the city think of services in Hull by completing the Your Bus, Your Voice customer satisfaction survey.

Launched in December, the annual survey provides an opportunity for those who use bus services within the Hull boundary to let Hull City Council, East Yorkshire Buses and Stagecoach East Midlands know what’s working well and what could be improved.
The survey encourages feedback on a wide variety of areas, including:
- accessibility
- drivers
- payments
- punctuality
- value for money.
Councillor Mark Ieronimo, cabinet portfolio holder for transport and infrastructure at Hull City Council, said: “Working together with our local operators, through the Hull Bus Alliance, we have already made a number of improvements in recent years. However, we are not complacent, and we know there is more to do.
“By completing the Your Bus, Your Voice survey, our residents will be helping us understand what works well and what doesn’t and enable us to make long-term, meaningful changes to ensure our city’s bus services meet and exceed customer expectation.
“All answers are anonymous, so we want your honest opinions.”
The survey runs until Monday 26th January 2026 and can be completed online.
As a thank you for taking part, those who complete the survey will be entered into a draw to win one of two Love2Shop vouchers worth £100.
