East Riding Youth Brass Band is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year with a special event bringing together band members, former players, supporters and friends.
The anniversary celebration will take place at Field House Coffee Barn in Tibthorpe on Saturday 10th October, from 7pm to 10:30pm.
The free event will give people connected with the band over the past four decades the chance to catch up, reminisce and perform together, while anyone interested in supporting the band is also welcome to attend.
Former members who no longer have their own instrument can still take part. Instruments may be available to borrow, with attendees able to request one when completing the event RSVP form. The band will then do its best to source suitable instruments ahead of the evening.
Although there is no charge to attend, donations will be welcomed to help support East Riding Youth Brass Band and its work with young musicians for years to come. Refreshments will also be available to purchase at the venue.
