Williamsons Solicitors has opened the doors to its new home in the heart of Bridlington, East Yorkshire, marking the next stage of its presence in the town.
The firm, which has a head office in Hull and another branch in Driffield, has relocated its Bridlington premises to Prospect Arcade. The move provides a modern, ground-floor base with improved accessibility, including ramp access, and a convenient location adjacent to a public car park.
The 2,042 sq ft premises have been fully refurbished with the help of local suppliers, creating a reception area and private meeting rooms designed to provide a comfortable setting for those seeking legal advice.
The nine-strong Bridlington team is particularly well known for its conveyancing and private client work, including wills, probate and estate administration, although all legal services offered by the wider firm can be accessed.
Beth Dyson-Shaw, who manages the Bridlington branch and specialises in residential conveyancing, said the relocation was an exciting milestone.
“We’ve built some wonderful relationships since opening here in 2012, so it’s a pleasure to welcome people into our new surroundings. Although we’ve moved only a short distance, the new location gives us a more practical, modern space while allowing us to continue providing the personal service people know us for.
“Most of us live locally, so we’re helping friends, neighbours and families through some of life’s most important moments. That’s something we’re incredibly proud of.”
Williamsons director Hugo Moore who specialises in private client law, said the move reflected the firm’s long-term commitment to the town.
