Active+ Recruitment is holding an Open Day on Tuesday 7th March

Active+ is a family-orientated multi-function centre with an indoor soft play centre and cafe, outdoor and indoor sports pitches, and two function rooms with bars.

Active+, like other hospitality businesses, have struggled to recruit staff, so have decided to hold their own recruitment Open Day.

“Similar to many companies post-Covid, we’re struggling to recruit the right people to work in our business,” says Darren Trice, CEO. “We thought running our own Recruitment Open Day would be a good idea. This way potential employees can see where they’ll work, meet the team they’d be working with, have on the spot interviews, and go away with a positive image of the business and hopefully look forward to working with us.

“Customers are using the venue from all areas of the community, including colleges, schools, businesses, sports teams and parents with young children, and it’s essential we have the right people to serve these different customers.”

The centre has a wide range of permanent part-time positions: customer service; sports & leisure; kitchen; bar & café; and events team members.
