Bath salts are popular; they have long since been used in both professional and personal settings to treat mental and physical symptoms. They tend to be made from Epsom salt (which is just magnesium sulphate) or sea salt, although sometimes a few essential oils may be added. They dissolve in the bath pretty easily, and they tend to be essential in any spa setting because they can be incredibly relaxing, making them a great stress reliever and used to treat aches and pains.
