Family-owned Beal Homes is taking its unique, in-house design service to even greater heights.

Renowned for providing a comprehensive bespoke home design service to every Beal buyer, the East Yorkshire-based housebuilder is now offering customers an extra level of specialist expertise when it comes to styling their home.

The new service sees Beal’s team of expert interior designers offer more in-depth consultations that cover everything from colour schemes and lighting, to fabrics and soft furnishings, as well as providing an enhanced garden design service, including landscaping and planting guidance.

These exclusive one-to-one consultations, provided at no extra cost, are open to Beal buyers as an additional service after customers have been through their main Design Lounge experience.

“This fantastic, free service takes our unique Design Lounge experience one step further by offering additional styling advice, such as colour schemes, soft furnishings and furniture suggestions, to customers who may struggle to do it themselves.

“Our designers know how to work their magic with colour, lighting and textures, to transform a home’s atmosphere, so we’re perfectly placed to offer this extra help as part of the homebuying journey.

“Plus, we’re also here to help with additional garden landscaping and planting advice, once again giving our buyers even more of a bespoke home experience.”

Beal’s unique home design service is offered from the state-of-the-art Design Lounge at the stunning Beal Showroom in Hessle, East Yorkshire, with hundreds of options available to help buyers make their new home truly one of a kind.

The service is available to buyers of all Beal homes, from starter to executive properties, across all the award-winning housebuilder’s developments in Hull, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

The new, in-depth design appointments take this service to a new level.
