Award-winning property professional Hollie Everson has joined Beal Homes as the prestige housebuilder’s new Sales Manager.
Hollie brings a strong track record in new homes sales to the East Yorkshire-based housebuilder, having progressed rapidly through the ranks with Barratt Redrow.
Following experience as an online estate agent, Hollie joined Barratt Redrow as a Trainee Sales Advisor in 2019, progressing to Sales Advisor and then Senior Sales Advisor.
Over this time, she received four awards for her performance, culminating in being named the housebuilder’s Sales Advisor of the Year in 2026.
She has now joined family-owned Beal as Sales Manager, succeeding Harriet Walker, who is remaining with the business in a different capacity.
Hollie said: “I’m excited to continue my career in the property industry with Beal Homes. Opportunities very rarely come up with Beal because people stay with the company, which speaks volumes about the business.

Hollie also brings first-hand experience of the new home buying journey, having purchased two new-build properties herself.
She said: “Having been through the process myself, I know what it feels like from the customer’s side and what matters to buyers at different stages. That’s something I can bring to the role, alongside my professional experience.”
