Reviews of their live shows and features from BBC Radio Humberside only have positive things to say about the duo.

Alan Raw at BBC Introducing Humberside said: “They are very accomplished, very, very talented fellas, great guitarists and great songwriters! And because they are brothers, they have that energy between them that works really, really well!”

David Burns at BBC Introducing Humberside said: “Excellent, bit of a country tinge with lovely harmonies.”

When discussing their new single on the IO Music Group Podcast, Sam explained the inspiration for their song:

“The song is about heading off to Nashville and being on a night out with friends,” said Sam Arkut. “We’ve been to Country 2 Country music festival here in the UK, and you could feel the energy of Nashville and the great country vibe that inspired the song and us as a country duo.”

This single and the album have been produced by local songwriter and producer John Cox.

The Arkut Brothers have upcoming performances at Humber Street Sesh on Saturday 13 August and Tribfest Music Festival on Saturday 20 August.

‘Underneath the Neon Moon’ by The Arkut Brothers is available on all digital streaming platforms from Friday 19 August.
