BSW Timber Solutions operates from four locations, with its production and distribution facilities being based in Melton.
Bayram operates from a 17-acre site also in Melton. The business has annual sales of £30 million and employs over 160 people. Following the acquisition, BSW plans to undertake a significant capital investment programme in the Melton site to increase capacity and broaden the capabilities of the business.
This development more than doubles the workforce at BSW Timber Solutions facilities in Melton, taking it up to around 300 colleagues.
The acquisition of Bayram will strengthen BSW’s value-added processing capabilities and further broaden its product offering and service to customers.

Bayram will be integrated with BSW Timber Solutions and continue to operate from the existing site in Melton.
BSW’s timber production facility is located on a 20-acre site with 400,000 sq. ft. production and distribution facilities. Their state-of-the-art production and warehouse management system provides 120,000m3 production capability to service the UK’s building material and joinery market, with high-quality machined softwood and associated products.
