Caremark East Riding, a leading provider of home care within the community, has won the Team Culture category in the 2025 Caremark Franchise awards.

The franchise received the national title at an annual ceremony held during this year’s Caremark conference, where 134 offices were in the running for awards.
Caremark East Riding and its CEO, Graham Precious, have been recognised for going above and beyond to foster an outstanding workplace culture. The business was chosen above all others in the UK for its dedication to developing staff collaboration and creating a positive, supportive work environment.
Paula Spriggs, Caremark’s Director of Operations, comments on the win:
“Caremark East Riding is an extremely worthy winner. Graham has won the award for the office because of his and his team’s collective, unwavering commitment to providing an outstanding workplace culture. Last year, this office won the Marketing Excellence award – its second accolade shows just how hard the team has been working to deliver an all-round exceptional service.
“Graham has naturally prioritised team culture with his compassionate leadership, resulting in excellent staff retention rates. Not only has it made it a wonderful place to work, but with a workforce that is happy, motivated, and engaged, the team is able to deliver the best possible care to the community. The culture at Caremark East Riding exemplifies what working in a care company should be like!”
David Glover, joint CEO of Caremark, also remarked on the franchise’s achievement:
“A huge congratulations to Caremark East Riding for winning this highly competitive national title. Graham has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to his team, making the business truly deserving of this national award. Looking after each other is part of our nature at Caremark, and this starts from within. Caremark East Riding’s collective dedication as a team and their significant contributions to the community exemplify our values here at Caremark.
“As a franchise network, we have provided over 6.7 million hours of home care this year, continually enhancing our services to make a real difference in communities across the country. Successes like this are a testament to the passion and hard work of franchise owners like Graham, who play a key role in driving our collective growth and who are consistently striving to improve the lives of the individuals we care for.”
