Caremark Hull & East Riding wins Home Care Marketing Excellence Award

Caremark Hull & East Riding, a leading provider of home care within the community, has won the Marketing Excellence category in the 2024 Caremark Franchise awards. The title was given to the regional franchise at an annual ceremony held during this year’s Caremark conference, where 126 offices were in the running for awards.

This win for Caremark Hull & East Riding recognises franchise owner Graham Precious and his team, for harnessing the power of marketing to make a positive impact on its community in 2023.

Emma Scholes, Caremark’s Director of Marketing, comments on the award and its winner:

“To select a home care provider for yourself or a loved one is a really big decision – and it’s a customer choice made from comparing us to competitors, extensive research and reviews. At Caremark, we’ve been working hard to increase the marketing assets and training available for franchise owners, helping them to stand out in these areas and promote their exceptional qualities, which, without marketing, would otherwise be missed.

“Our Marketing Excellence Award takes into consideration how the business has approached all aspects of its marketing, from the quality of the business’s website and social media posts to its ongoing commitment to training and development.

“The team at Caremark Hull & East Riding has worked exceptionally hard on their marketing plans within the last year, and their dedication to this has shone through in abundance to win the award. With consistency, planning and processes, the team’s marketing is working magic for them and gained them the new customers they deserve – anecdotally, the phones just keep on ringing! A great job from the team – extremely well done!”

Recognising the achievement, joint CEO David Glover praised the team:

“Congratulations to Caremark Hull & East Riding for winning this highly sought-after title. The award acknowledges all the hard work and dedication the team has put in over the past year and is extremely well-deserved. Graham and the team are complete ambassadors for the franchise – they use their marketing platforms extremely well and embody our values to improve lives and enable customers to enjoy life as independently as possible.
