City centre welcomes newly opened dessert restaurant

Things are getting sweeter for Hull city centre as nationwide luxury dessert franchise Heavenly Desserts opens its doors to locals.

The growing restaurant brand greets diners with an abundance of artisanal and handcrafted delicacies, from its indulgent dessert tapas range and extravagant waffle and croffle creations, to its Mexican-inspired milk cakes and uniquely designed Japanese mochi balls in a variety of fruity flavours.

The brand has recently unveiled its summer drinks range, comprised of magical mocktails, cooling seltzers and an array of luxury iced coffees in response to the warmer weather, alongside the no-alcohol drinks trend which is currently seeing a meteoric spike.

The fully refurbished restaurant will be moving into units 48-50 of Paragon Street, which was previously vacated by The Vintage Store. Decked with bright and beautiful modern lighting, luxurious pink velvet booth seating, marbled tables and metallic finishings, diners will be fully immersed into the restaurant’s stunning, social-media-worthy setting.

Yousif Aslam, managing director of Heavenly Desserts, said: “Bringing us another step closer to this year’s landmark of 50 stores this quarter, we can’t wait to bring a little piece of heaven to Hull customers.

“It’s also been fantastic to feel part of the Levelling Up Fund dedicated to the city centre last year, to help occupy empty units and create an environment where all generations can come together over innovative menus that inspire and create joy for all demographics.”

As store 47 to launch in the UK, Heavenly Desserts will soon celebrate reaching a milestone of 50 stores later this quarter, with more stores lined up in London, Scotland and the North of England.

The new store will be open from 12noon-11pm Monday to Thursday and 12noon-midnight Friday to Sunday. The store is located at Ground Floor, 48-50 Paragon Street, Hull and is now open to the public.
