Smart technology and digital connectivity specialist Connexin has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture.
Officially announced on the 13th March at the prestigious Best Workplaces Awards, this marks the second consecutive year Connexin has been recognised at the awards.
Connexin’s commitment to its employees is evident through benefits like paid study time, enhanced parental leave, and essential medical cover through Medicash. The company also empowers employees to give back, recently raising funds for Teenage Cancer Trust, on top of raising thousands through their dedicated Connexin Cares scheme for local charities, as well as offering career mentoring and apprenticeships to diverse candidates in the community.
In its latest Great Place to Work survey Connexin achieved record-high ratings, with nearly all focus areas improving compared to 2023. Notably, Hospitality, Team, Collaboration, Pride, and Communication saw the most significant increases, each rising by 6% or more.
An impressive 80% of employees affirmed that Connexin is a great place to work, with 92% (23 out of 25) of focus areas scoring 70% or higher—an 8% increase from last year. The company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion was also highlighted, as over 90% of surveyed employees agreed that Connexin fosters a diverse workforce where individuals are treated fairly, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.
