Discover your dream home in Snaith with Lovell Homes

Lovell Homes, together with The New Homes Group, are inviting all house hunters to their Kings Reach development in Snaith as part of a special one-off home movers event.

Taking place next weekend (Saturday 9 March), prospective buyers are invited to come along to the show home at Kings Reach in Snaith and learn more about how Lovell Homes can help with their home moves this year. Attendees will have access to mortgage advice from SJ Mortgage Advice and The New Homes Group, who will provide invaluable insights. Attendees, including existing homeowners and potential buyers, can engage in discussions about financial matters and gain comprehensive knowledge about the home buying process, including insights into the dynamics of moving into a newly constructed home within the current real estate landscape.

With growing concerns around the current mortgage market, there will also be drop-in sessions available with Samantha Revill, Mortgage Adviser, from SJ Mortgage Advice throughout the day and takeaway information for those looking to move homes this year and advice with their current mortgages. Samantha, said:

“I understand completely how the current mortgage market is confusing to both first time buyers and those looking to move, there has been a lot of moving parts over the past 24 months and this event will give those looking to move the perfect opportunity to ask those questions and find out where they currently stand and what they need before making the decision to move.”

At the event, prospective buyers will have access to a range of support to learn more about purchasing a Lovell Home. This includes experts from The New Homes Group who can help with discussing the assisted move scheme, Helping Hands, available through Lovell.

The Helping Hands scheme works as an assisted move, designed to help prospective buyers move to a more expensive property, move sideways or even downsize. Lovell will arrange for independent valuations on their existing property and a marketing price is then agreed on, Lovell will  also pay  the estate agent fees on properties through the Helping Hands scheme to further support on third-party costs.

Beth Darlington from The New Homes Group, explained:

“Buying and moving homes is a huge life decision and it can be a really uncertain time. At The New Homes Group we understand fully what is involved to put you in a position to buy, move, and make your purchase easier. This event will give you the opportunity to come along and learn more about buying a new home in a no pressure environment.”

Regional Sales Director at Lovell Homes, Colette Ben Tarcha, echoed:

“We want this event to be invaluable for those looking to move house in 2024. Whether you’re looking to upgrade or downsize your property we can provide you with all the information you need to do just that. Alongside this our Helping Hands scheme continues to be a game-changer for homeowners in 2024, the scheme eliminates the burdensome fees associated with traditional estate agents, ensuring a stress-free transition for our customers.”

The event will be open from 10 am to 5 pm, offering ample time to explore a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available for viewing throughout the day.
