Dove House Hospice are moving premises and will be at the front of the North Point shopping centre.
Boasting a bigger space for shoppers to grab more bargains and closer to the car park to make bringing in donations even easier, as well as having more stock on offer for their fantastic customers, the shop move is causing lots of excitement as they welcome everyone to their grand store opening.
The hospice is very excited to have Karen Briggs MBE, British Judoka attend the shop opening. After becoming a multiple World and European champion, Karen went on to win a gold medal for England at the 1990 Commonwealth Games.
The new shop is due to open on Tuesday 16 August at 11:30 am and will be open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.
Jenny Coales, Regional Manager at Dove House Hospice, had this to say: “We are really excited to move into our new premises. We will have a larger selection of each department available. The team are working so hard to get the shop to look perfect and we cannot wait to welcome everyone on our opening day. We would also love to welcome anyone thinking of volunteering for us to come and have a look around the shop and talk about the exciting opportunities we have.”
