Federation of Sport to relaunch food and drink offering

Federation of Sport will relaunch its food and drink proposition on 1st May, introducing a revised menu, new cocktail range and an expanded events-led offering as the business builds on strong early trading.

The Hull-based social entertainment venue, which combines interactive sports, gaming and hospitality, is rolling out a series of changes aimed at increasing dwell time and strengthening its position across both consumer and corporate markets.

The updated food menu focuses on sharing-led formats, with tiered buffet and group packages designed around parties and events. The shift reflects growing demand for more social dining options, particularly across birthday bookings, group occasions and corporate functions.

Alongside this, the venue is launching a new cocktail menu, built for high-energy, group occasions, as well as introducing a new brunch concept targeting the weekend market. The brunch offer will combine food, drinks and activities into a single, bookable experience.

Federation of Sport is also expanding its corporate and private hire packages, positioning the venue as a destination for team-building, client entertainment and large-scale group bookings. These packages integrate food and drink with the site’s activity offering, including interactive darts, simulators and gaming.

The relaunch follows a period of strong initial performance since opening late last year, with the business continuing to refine its commercial model. The latest changes are intended to improve operational efficiency while increasing average spend per customer.

Jack Dennett, General Manager at Federation of Sport, said: “We’ve spent the first few months really understanding how people use the venue — what they’re booking, how they’re spending, and where we can improve the experience.

This relaunch is about tightening everything up. The food is more suited to groups, the drinks are more aligned with the atmosphere, and the overall offer works just as well for a six-person birthday as it does for a large corporate event.”

The new food and drink offering will be available from 1st May, with bookings now open across all event types, including private parties, corporate functions and weekend brunch sessions.
