H&H wins Grand Prix accolade at prestigious international communications awards

Hessle-based employee engagement agency recognised for helping Sage inspire more than 11,000 colleagues across 18 countries.

H&H has been awarded the coveted Grand Prix at the 2026 Internal Communications & Engagement (ICE) Awards, recognising its work with global technology company Sage.

The Grand Prix is the highest honour of the evening, awarded to the standout entry across all 40 categories. H&H’s work was recognised alongside entries from some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies.

The winning programme, Every Move Matters, was created to launch Sage’s FY26 Kickoffs and help colleagues around the world connect with the company’s ambitious future – and the part each individual could play in making it happen.

The result was more than an engaging event. It created a measurable shift in belief.

More than 11,000 colleagues across 18 countries took part. Belief in Sage’s ambition rose from around 60% before the programme to 97% afterwards, while employee satisfaction reached +83 eSAT and three quarters of colleagues said they left with a clear understanding of the company’s strategy.

Helen Bissett, founder of H&H, said: “This award means the world because it recognises something we believe wholeheartedly – stories have the power to change how people think, feel and act. The best internal communication doesn’t simply explain a strategy. It helps people see themselves in it.

“That’s exactly what we set out to achieve with Sage, and we’re incredibly proud to have partnered with such a brilliant team to bring Every Move Matters to life. To receive the Grand Prix is a wonderful moment for everyone involved, but more importantly it’s a reminder that when organisations inspire belief, extraordinary things can happen.”
