Home from Home Pet Care, in collaboration with The Groom Inn, is thrilled to announce their 3rd Annual Dog Show and Family Fun Day on Sunday, 22nd September 2024. The event will run from 12:30 PM to 4 PM at their location on Tranby Lane, Swanland.
This exciting event brings together pet lovers, local businesses, and families for a day of competitions and demonstrations. Proceeds from the event will be divided between Dementia UK, Cottingham Cat Rescue, and Hull Animal Welfare Trust, supporting important local and national causes.
This year’s Dog Show will feature a range of activities, including a competitive dog show, dog grooming demonstrations, a ‘have-a-go’ agility course, and Tia’s Treasure Hunt for a fun family experience. In addition to these main attractions, there will be a variety of local business stalls showcasing products and services from community vendors. Food and drink stalls, including an ice cream van for a refreshing treat, will be available throughout the event. Attendees can also participate in a raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes.
Registration closes at 1:15 PM, with a £3 entry per class.

Prizes and Competitions
Rosettes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. All 1st place winners automatically enter the Best in Show class, where the Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show will receive a rosette and a prize.
