Hull-based carbon conscious construction company named one of the Top 50 Most Exciting Companies for 2023

While most new companies start small, award-winning Hull-based Helix CMS has wasted no time in making its mark. Established in 2020, the local Construction Management company has been named one of Insider Media’s Top 50 Most Exciting Companies for 2023.

Helix CMS were hand-selected by a panel of experts, to feature in the fifth annual list of 50 companies under seven-years-old making an impact – celebrating the region’s multi-sector rising stars in Yorkshire Business Insider’s January edition.

Dedicated to delivering first-class healthcare facilities, ranging from large-scale designs to bespoke refurbishments, Helix CMS’ impressive portfolio features 13 completed major healthcare construction projects.

These include Hull Royal Infirmary’s state-of-the-art Intensive Care Unit (2021) and supporting Theatres (2022). In August 2022, the team started its biggest project to date at Castle Hill Hospital delivering the Day Surgery Unit with the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, which is nearing completion for a Spring 2023 handover.

In addition to being one of the most exciting companies, Helix CMS were recently awarded a place on Pagabo’s £1bn National Framework for Medium Works 23.
