A specialist IT recruiter that uses artificial intelligence to help find the best candidates plans to capitalise on a fantastic start to 2021 by doubling its staff in the next 12 months.
Since the company launched in January 2021, Principal IT has helped over 30 candidates find new jobs, with no sign of slowing down.
Principal IT, based at Hull’s Centre For Digital Innovation (C4DI), utilises the latest in specialist recruitment AI software to help their clients find top quality talent and candidates secure their next role. They recruit for roles in software development, infrastructure, architecture, DevOps, Project Management and IT Management.
Managing Director Glen Halliwell said: “Since our launch in January, we have had the privilege of partnering with some of Hull’s best-known companies. I am confident that we are the only specialist recruiter in the region utilising the AI software we have, giving us an edge over our competition.
“We have had a real surge in demand recently and need to grow to keep up with our clients. By doubling the team in the next 12 months, I am confident we can do this whilst breaking into new areas. Principal IT have been working with C4DI members and partner businesses, as well as working directly with the C4DI to help support a number of initiatives.
