Northern contact centre joins popular Hull office complex

FI Real Estate Management (FIREM) has welcomed customer support specialists, ResQ, to the growing number of businesses taking occupancy at the recently refurbished Cherry Tree Court.

ResQ’s new lease of 7,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Cherry Tree Court bolsters the business’ expansion plans, creating hundreds of new jobs in Hull.

ResQ’s new office at Cherry Tree Court will be home to 160 members of its team, strengthening its position as the chosen outsource partner for the likes of EE and Vodafone.

FIREM completed a £2m refurbishment programme at Cherry Tree Court in 2022, revealing 35,000 sq ft of industry leading office space, comprising a newly renovated reception area, meeting rooms and coworking space.

Located within walking distance of Hull railway station and with ample on-site parking, cycle facilities and showers, the new office space has become a popular choice for businesses looking to embrace a new era of working.

FigFlex, FIREM’s dedicated serviced office provider, occupies the ground floor of Cherry Tree Court. FigFlex provides serviced offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces, designed to facilitate collaboration and boost wellbeing. Each business unit can be configured to individual needs, with the option to adjust if necessary.

Tim Knowles, Managing Director and founder of FIREM, commented: “There is a shortage of Grade A office space in Hull, and we are experiencing extremely high demand at Cherry Tree Court as a result. We are proud to support local and regional businesses through the provision of high quality office facilities and I look forward to seeing ResQ continue to expand and thrive in their new space.”
