Pure Block Management invests in new portal for apartment leaseholders and tenants

Hull-based property specialist Pure Block Management has launched an online portal that will streamline customer service for leaseholders and tenants of the apartment blocks and residential complexes it manages across the region.

Among the 120-plus developments in its property management portfolio are the Queen’s Court BBC building in Hull city centre, Raywell House in East Yorkshire and Broadway House on Hornsea’s seafront.

The new portal makes it easy for leaseholders and residents to report any maintenance issues at their properties and receive updates on how and when they will be resolved, as well as notifications of planned work taking place.

Leaseholders and residents can also manage their individual accounts through the portal, viewing invoices and statements and paying service charges securely online.

Pure Block Management director Liam Parker said: “Our new portal is based on leading industry software and represents a significant investment in our offering to leaseholders and tenants.

“We pride ourselves on our responsive service and being available when people need to speak to us, and that won’t change.

“The portal will build on this by streamlining communication between members of our team and owners and residents of the properties we manage. It will make it much simpler for them to let us know of any issues at a time that’s convenient for them, see whether a maintenance issue has already been reported by someone else, and track progress until it has been resolved.

“Residents now also have easy access to their accounts 24/7, so won’t need to contact our team for copies of statements for their tax returns, for example, or to make a payment.

“We’re taking on the management of new properties all the time, and our investment in the portal will ensure we can continue to provide first-class service even as our business grows.”
