Dan Clipson from Dove House Hospice said: “We are delighted that Cottingham Open Gardens will return to the village in 2025, having raised around £10,000 each year for Dove House Hospice. Support from within the community is of huge importance to the hospice and the care that we can provide for patients and their families locally. The Open Gardens are a fantastic opportunity for visitors to enjoy lots of family-friendly activities, gain an understanding of how to improve their own personal space or simply to peek into the fantastic diversity that residences in Cottingham offer”.
Entry programmes are priced at £5 per adult with accompanied under 16s getting in for free. The event programme gives you access to all participating gardens, each offering diverse entertainment, music, afternoon teas, plant sales, and various activities to support the hospice’s fundraising efforts.
You can purchase programmes at any participating gardens on the day or in advance from the Dove House Hospice shop in Cottingham, The Duke of Cumberland, King Billy Pub Barkers or Hays Salon.
