Supporting healthier workplaces across Hull and East Yorkshire

Local NHS charity Health Stars is inviting employers, managers and staff from across the region to attend a new Workforce Wellbeing Exchange event as part of Humber Business Week.

Delivered in partnership with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, the local NHS trust providing mental health and neurodiversity services across Hull and East Yorkshire, the event has been designed in response to growing interest from workplaces around stress, burnout and supporting neurodiverse employees.

The free drop-in brunch event will bring together NHS clinicians and workplace wellbeing experts to share practical advice and evidence-based approaches to building healthier, more inclusive workplaces.

Sessions will include:
• Supporting neurodiversity at work and unlocking the strengths of a diverse workforce
• Recognising and responding to burnout
• Creating workplace offers that support employees across different generations and life stages

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet teams including NHS Talking Therapies and the Trust’s Workforce Wellbeing Team, as well as access free health checks on the day.

The event takes place at The Edge, Hull  on Tuesday 2nd June, between 9:30am and 12:30pm (drop in) , with refreshments provided.
