Beal Homes has announced the launch of its hotly-anticipated King’s Fold development, with hundreds of prospective buyers having already registered their interest.

Beal is staging the sales launch of King’s Fold on Sunday, May 21, with a special event at the multi-award-winning housebuilder’s state-of-the-art new Beal Showroom in Hessle, East Yorkshire.
As well as being the first potential buyers to find out about the homes available in the first release at King’s Fold, and the range of prices, customers will be able to view a 3D digital visualisation of the development. This technology will enable them to explore King’s Fold, taking a virtual stroll through the streets of the development, and view the house types and plots available.
They will also have the opportunity to experience Beal’s stunning Design Lounge, where buyers work with the housebuilder’s expert design team to customise their new home and make it a perfect fit for their lifestyle and tastes.
The £30m King’s Fold development is on a 10-acre site off Barnes Way and is ideal for househunters seeking a suburban lifestyle with an abundance of shopping, restaurant and entertainment options close by.

The development will feature three new house types – the two-bedroom Keldy Special and Brompton Special and three-bedroom Roxby Special. The trio of new house types all include a glazed extension connected to the kitchen diner, with french doors leading onto the garden.
A number of properties are also available under the Government’s First Homes initiative aimed at helping first-time buyers get on to the property ladder. These homes are available to first-time buyers at a 30% discount from market value and priced at no more than £250,000.
Construction at King’s Fold is due to start this summer, with the first buyers likely to move into their new homes in mid-2024.
