The University of Hull is looking for donations of pre-loved clothes for its Working Wardrobe event on Friday 16th May.

First impressions matter, and this is especially the case in interviews. The Working Wardrobe event supports students in taking their next career step with confidence by providing free, quality workwear to students, particularly those who face barriers to their success, whilst also promoting the University’s institutional aims of sustainability.
How to donate
Accepted items include blouses, shirts, trousers, skirts, dresses, blazers, suits, and ties.
The event cannot accept denim, T-shirts, shoes, bags, jewellery or underwear.
Please drop off interview/workwear donations at the Hubble Centre (1st floor, Student Central, open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and Wed 10am-5pm) before Tuesday 13th May or get in touch with the Student Information Team at studentinfo@hull.ac.uk and they’ll arrange a collection. The University requests that all items are clean and in good condition.
Show your support
If you donate, the University would love for you to share a photo of yourself or your team packing or holding the items to feature in their marketing campaign. Your company will be tagged, showing the University’s appreciation and allowing exposure to its students. Please send photos and any questions to the Student Information Team: email studentinfo@hull.ac.uk
