WSH Logistics is excited to announce the launch of its new distribution hub in Hull.
The new site operating from Somerden Road brings new employment. To date, ten people have been recruited from the local area, with this expected to increase as the business grows over the next few months.
WSH is based in Ledbury, Herefordshire. However, due to the amount of work it has built up within the local area over the last few years, opening a centre in Hull seemed a logical opportunity to support the ambitious growth plans for the business.
William Hill, Operations Manager, commented: “After working alongside Jordeson Timber with a base in Hull for four years, setting up a base here was an obvious expansion opportunity for the business. After six years in business, 2024 is gearing up to be our most exciting year yet, with the launch of our new centre in Hull the beginning.
“We are excited to launch the hub, which brings jobs to the local area and expands our services through the country. We have had a great time setting up the centre and are pleased to have so far employed ten people from the local area and look to increase this over the coming months and years. Everyone has been very welcoming of us.”
