Astronaut Chris Hadfield to visit Hull

Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield is to bring his new show to Hull next year.

The former commander of the International Space Station will visit the city’s Bonus Arena on 22 June 2023 for a mind-expanding evening of exploration, imagery, stories, and music.

Chris’s show asks what does this new age of space travel mean, and what can it bring to life on Earth?

His show at the Bonus Arena follows packed audiences this year for fellow astronaut Tim Peake and scientist Professor Brian Cox.

For these unique live events, Chris Hadfield will share unheard tales of space voyages and human exploration for all ages, as seen through the eyes of an astronaut.

With screen-filling multimedia of the latest discoveries and technology including mind-blowing images from the James Webb telescope, Chris will celebrate the best of human achievement and optimism, engage the audience in Q&A, and share his unique view of our world from a true space explorer’s perspective.

Tickets for event go on general sale today (Friday 30 September) at 10am from www.bonusarenahull.com or by visiting Ticketmaster.
