Leading developer Lovell Partnerships has promoted James Sargent to land manager as part of its ongoing strategy to develop and grow its team in the Eastern region.
Having worked at Lovell for five years, James has risen through the ranks from technical co-ordinator to assistant land buyer and his previous role as land buyer.
In his new role, James will be responsible for leading on land opportunities, as well as continuing to work with a number of agents, landowners, registered providers, statutory bodies and frameworks to support Lovell’s ambitious growth plans for the Eastern region.
James said: “I’m thrilled to have been promoted to land manager. My top priority moving forward in my new role is to keep successfully securing new opportunities to further grow Lovell in the Eastern region.
“I’ll be working with a number of external parties, so it’s important for me to maintain both existing relationships, as well as create new ones.
“A new part of my role I will also be helping to train our junior members of the team, including our newly appointed graduate land buyer, Jake Adams, who started with Lovell Partnerships earlier this year. I look forward to continuing to work closely with him over the coming months and supporting him in his development.”
James’ promotion marks the fourth promotion in the region in 2022. Earlier in the year, Christopher Smith, Sarah Lancaster and Joanna Dawe were promoted to land and partnerships director, field sales manager and sales coordinator respectively.
