Leading law firm Rollits LLP will be giving out tipples and tips when it takes its stand at this year’s Driffield Show.

The firm, which has offices in Hull and York, will partner with Alice Maltby from Little Wold Vineyard at the showground on Wednesday 17 July to offer some of the excellent wines produced by the family run business at Market Place Farm at South Cave.

In addition, Rollits’ experts in agriculture and employment will be sharing advice on safe outdoor working, with free samples of factor 50 sunscreen available to visitors to their stand.

Neil Franklin, Partner and head of the firm’s Agriculture team said: “We’ve been attending Driffield Show for many years and along with everybody else we’re hoping for some glorious summer sunshine, but we’ll also be promoting our sun safety reminders.

“Employers have a duty to assess the health and safety risks that its employees are exposed to and, as far as is reasonably practicable, take steps to remove or reduce those risks.

“In particular, businesses in agriculture and other outdoor sectors are expected by the Health and Safety to take steps with regard to the risk of its employees suffering from ill effects of being exposed to more sun than is healthy for them.

“As ever our day at Driffield Show will bring together business and pleasure. The free sunscreen spreads a serious message and the wines produced by Little Wold Vineyard will add to the social appeal!”

Driffield Show will take place at the Kelleythorpe showground on Wednesday 17 July.  Rollits will be on Stand G138, What 3 Words reference FOOLS.EXCUSING.KILTS.
