Saturday is the major market day, where traders travel from across the map to sell everything from fresh fruit to arts and crafts. Beverley Minster
The Gothic Beverley Minster is a striking cathedral that was first formed in the 1100s. This captivating structure remains an important place of worship for many, however visitors of all faiths are welcome to take a tour.
You might want to explore the minster. There are stone carvings of medieval musicians dotted around the building, while the tomb of St John of Beverley is also here. He died in 721 and was made a saint in 1037 for his gift of healing the sick. Alternatively, you may decide to attend a recital, exhibition, or concert here.
Dumble Farm
